Prosecutor Slams Pistorius
Although I read about the other side of Oscar Pistorius, which none of us knows about, he has neighbors who possibly exaggerate his human nature.–Purely because he now has a murder-wrap to deal with.
With all the articles published Monday (my time-zone E.T.), that police have been called by neighbors several times over domestic-arguments, yesterday, the prosecutor had not a single witness to back-up his cold-blooded accusations.
After posting what I learned from Friday to his bail hearing, I kept waiting to hear or read what happened in court.–But it was only this morning, when I went through different links, TV bits, and finally I learned that bail is denied for now.
One boot-in-the-rear I will let fly, is to the CORPORATIONS who are dropping him fast. They never climbed onto Oscar concerned for his name, fame and economic-status. They only climbed onto him, because Oscar was pumping-up their profits.
When proceedings got underway, the prosecutor did not waste time slamming Pistorius hard with his accusations–”premeditated murder”. As investigations were underway all weekend, no witnesses appeared in court to qualify any accusations, that neighbors complained of domestic-disturbances hours earlier.
Before dinner came tonight, I caught CNN-coverage of the bail-hearing. There is one thing I have to say for CNN. They are the most despicable news-agency there is. From their Johannesburgh correspondent to their New-York news-room, they gave a few details, so they could dig nails into his coughin. Their entire content consists of assuring the women’s movement and their entire audience, of his guilt.
A few years ago, I saw a video on endeavor-freedom.com (something like that). I’m not sure if it was NotDeadYet or ADAPT. They were protesting on the ground-floor of the CNN head-office in Atlanta. Whether they got any news-coverage from CNN or not, I don’t know. But I watched their video, and paid attention to all the CNN workers going up and downthe stairs and escalator.–They didn’t seem too interested in finding out, what the protest was about.
The good thing about Oscar Pistorius’ bail-hearing was, that more details were explained by Oscar, although both days in court have been extremely emotional. In spite of the ongoing psychological trauma he is experiencing, the women’s movement and CNN want his blood.
While the anti-gun forces are getting-mileage out of this, in South-Africa and the U.S., wait until some of these big-shot media antagonists, have gang-members barreling into doors and walls of their homes. I lived in a situation like that, in New-Orleans, in 1976.
Wolf Blitzer and some legal-analyst rambled-on, acting like they know everything from personal-security measures after apartheid, to what Oscar should have thought. No matter what type of emotional damage Pistorius is suffering, CNN has it all figured-out.–His tears are just crocodile-tears.
Reeva Steenkamp was being buried, at the time of Pistorius’ bail-hearing. If they pressure for the stiffest penalty, twenty-five years before parole, which the inhuman prosecutor is pushing for, whenever the trial begins and the evidence is laid out, Reeva Steenkamp’s family might be more understanding than the prosecutor.
So, as I mentioned yesterday, I hope that neither the prosecutor, police or the judge will be allowed to block any evidence or testimonies from the trial. Too many people are in prison, because prosecutors are allowed to withhold all evidence and testimony, which would cause the prosecution to lose the case.
