Attention: ICC Chief Prosecutor
In support of the late honourable Colonel Muammar Mohammed Abu Minyar Gaddafi, I request that no evidence whatsoever will be withheld, by any member and/or participant of the court and its procedures and duties to prosecute and convict his murderers.
I am a Canadian-born citizen, and in August I wrote the Prime-Minister to request that Canada not be part of NATO’s assault on Libya:
As a disability-rights activist and free-lance writer, I followed the Libya Holocaust from its beginning.–Which never began under Gaddafi’s leadership.
Everything which happened under NATO’s control, has violated bioethics laws and the Nuremburg-Code. The Colonel’s torture and gruesome murder after capture, violated the rules of treatment and trial for any crimes.
For this reason, I join the number who request that justice will be served to the maximum penalty for his murderers.
Until Libya’s Holocaust, I supported Canada’s role to take down Al-Queda and Taliban extremists.–However, all political activists understand what, why, who, when and how this Holocaust was started.
