The bottom line is, that law-enforcement agencies are a combination of people who want to maintain public safety and security, and organized gangs. Outside organized gangs only seem like rival gangs, which organized gangs in law-enforcement agencies control and benefit from.
To cure the epidemic, inside officers like Scott Loper need to take down entire departments, including everyone in political offices who manipulate all the information. In the U.S., from what I’ve learned on the Restore the Republic TV program, the County Sheriff is the highest authority in the land.
In Canada, I’m not quite sure who has the highest authority. However, people who really are law-enforcement officers do need to organize and take down entire departments of internal organized gangs. Any networks they have with municipal or county, provincial or state, and federal officials to manipulate information, need to be rounded up with their thugs.
Since one of their favorite tactics is to go after wives and children, to shut whistle-blowers up and follow orders, it’s only fair to return the favor! When you have bureaucrats from the provincial and state levels to Ottowa and Washington, D.C., who like to erase information to discredit witnesses, they need a little assistance to not do stuff like that.
After posting this, somebody mentioned that Scott Loper no doubt was engaged in, or at least turning a blind eye to similar activity going on in his own department in New Jersey. If so, he doesn’t deserve too much sympathy.
The first time I learned about crooked cops, was when the movie “Serpico” hit the movie theatres when I was in San-Francisco, in ‘75! By the time the movie was out, he was underground in Switzerland, after taking down a New York police department all the way to the Superintendent’s office. Crime was so prevalent in U.S. police departments, that police officers resigned.
